Course Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your purchase of courses sold by Christine Davies. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to the purchase of the Pack. By purchasing the course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and will provide the most recent version on our website which can be found at www.christinedavies.au (Website).

Disclaimer

You acknowledge that courses sold by Christine Davies are not providing mental health treatment for mental illness and are not suitable for persons suffering from acute mental health symptoms. All suggestions should be discussed with your GP and health team to discern suitability.

Refunds, Credits and Transfers

All course sales are final and no exchange, credit or refund will be given, subject to Australian consumer law. For avoidance of doubt, no refund or credit will be provided for change of mind or if you did not enjoy the course, had technical difficulties accessing or completing the course, or were unable to complete the course for any reason.

Access & Use

Courses that are provided with 'lifetime access' will be available for the customer for the lifetime of the course (for as long as the course exists).

Course access may includes audio, video or online course content. This access to listen to, download, watch or stream such content is limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use. 

You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, distribute or use the Content other than as set out in this Contract and that you must not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly perform the Content included as part of the Contract or provided to you by us. 

The Content and/ or access will be provided to you by email or other form of digital download, including but not limited to streaming them from a third party platform like Kajabi. You acknowledge and agree that any use of a third party course platform means you will be subject to the terms and conditions of that platform as well as these Terms. 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
